Kung Fu Space Punch!

Here's a painting I did for a show called "Kung Fu Space Punch" that's in development. Luckily they used an updated version of it for press, the look of the show is super stylized and fun. Really hope this movie gets made soon, Jorge Gutierrez is the man!

Inspired by Dave Devries and his "Monster Engine" My 6yr old daughter and I did this collaboration together. She drew the super scary monster and I painted it.

Slurking

Man, you see some weird stuff at night.

More Book of Life

Here are a few more color keys I did for "Book of Life"

He's Amaaaaaaazing!

Here's a movie poster I painted for "Allumette" a VR story that I'm Art Directing at Penrose Studios. Being on the frontier of a burgeoning form of media is pretty exciting. The rules aren't written yet so lets have some fun!

Irish Wolf Hound

Penguins of Madagascar

I didn't work on "Penguins" very long, and it was my last stint at Dreamworks/PDI. It was good to get back into production with my old animation war buddies though! And it was good to get back out before they shut the place down.. R.I.P. PDI!  <3

Major Private Hot Carl

Although I've never had the honor of meeting him in person, I've heard tales of his tequila fueled valor on the dance battlefield... He maybe a war hero, but he owes me a new pair of pants.

Goodbye My Friend, Eli

My dear friend Eli has many black belts in braking stuff and has left DW after 12 years. So I made him a goodbye card so that he wouldn't chop me with his karate. Good luck my duder!

Beast of the Southern Wild

A quick painting of my new favorite hero, the "man" of the Bathtub, Hushpuppy!! She's pretty cool.

Holy crap, Beast of the Southern Wild is such a good movie.
